SLC Workshop Request Form
Your request will be forwarded to our staff and a specific presenter will be in contact to discuss the details. Please allow at least a week turnaround time for a response to this request and make any special requests (ex. a specific staff member requested) in the "Comments" section below. For most workshops, projector/screen will be needed. If you do not have a projector, please mention in the comment section and we will bring one.
NOTE: A two month lead time is appreciated.
